BC省最新预测显示，大经济危机之后，房地产市场需要12-14月的时间才有可能从谷底走出。这一数字是根据1980年以来，BC省经济经历3次大的经济危机之后得出的。

According to the 2006 Census, 54% of Burnaby residents have a mother tongue that is neither English nor French.
