BC省最高法院（B.C. Supreme Court）法官日前宣判并命令本拿比一栋著名的高层综合用途公寓楼Sovereign的业主们需要向其大楼内的商业用户支付高达$130万加元的未付共享建筑成本以及利息。

bc省工会称将在住房危机恶化之前，由省政府解决激增的公寓楼保险费用问题。市政府代表于9月23日投票，代表们对该决议投了92％的赞成票。
