根据CMHC（加拿大按揭和住房公司）昨天公布的最新“住房开工量先导数据”，在过去的8月份，加拿大全国的“新房开工率”大有提高，其中各城市中心区公寓或其他型式多户住宅的新房开工率也大有提高。

为了控制疫情，加拿大边境限制措施延长，移民和留学人数持续下降，已经影响多伦多和温哥华两大移民留学城市房租大幅下跌。
