今天一早，大温地产局发布了8月份的销售数据报告。从历史数据来说，8月份是大温的夏天，外出旅行度假的人增多，看房的人相对减少，成交会相对少一点。然而，今年夏天大温的楼市比往年热闹了许多。因为3月疫情的爆发让楼市交易暂时停滞，从5月恢复开始，大温楼市的销售趋势整体往后延迟了。

大温地产局最新数据显示，房屋销售量和价格都在逐渐攀升，地产市场似乎正从疫情中复苏。不过，据业界人士表示，这并非就是简单的市场反弹，因为每种物业的情况都有所不同，例如柏文目前正在向买方市场倾斜。
