在疫情危机期间，整体上，大温地区房地产的上市量和成交量都有大幅减少，但对有些房产来说，却并无受到什么影响。

一位房产经纪最近挂牌了一栋位于温哥华Grandview社区“片打东街”（E. Pender St）的老房，价格158.8万元。但在疫情期间，公开看房活动被迫取消，只能由个人预约于4月25日和26日看房。

房市开始回暖了？

在疫情期间，大温的房市一直都处于沉寂状态，挂牌量和销量都纷纷出现了暴跌，四月温哥华房屋的销量更是腰斩，跌至38年来最低。

虽然疫情期间，大温地区新挂牌的房屋和销售量大幅下降，但是仍有一些房产在热销中。

房地产经纪人戴维．理查森（David Richardson）最近以158.8万元的价格挂牌出售位于温哥华East Pender街2120号的一栋漂亮的老宅。

今天一早，大温地产局发布了5月份的楼市交易数据报告，报告的标题是《房价保持稳定，卖家和买家越来越适应当前市场的运作方式》（Home prices remain steady, buyers and sellers become more comfortable operating in today’s market）。意思就是，虽然当前大温楼市的买卖活动因为实施“社交距离”措施而减少，但大温的房价还是保持稳定的。

5月13日，BC省房地产协会（BCREA）发布了4月的BC全省房地产销售数据报告，一张图表就可以看出，COVID19疫情爆发给本地房地产所带来的的巨大影响。

统计显示，BC全省4月份共售出住宅房屋3,284套，比去年同期下降了50.8%。

卑诗地产协会（British Columbia Real Estate Association，简称BCREA）周三发布报告称，2020年4月，全省经电脑盘（MLS）交易的房屋销售量仅3,284间，比2019年4月下降了50.8％。卑诗省住宅的平均交易价格为737,834元，比上一年的684,430元增长了7.8％（见附表）。 今年3月份的总销售金额为24亿元，比2019年下降46.9％。
